The bottom line is that we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and we will do everything we can to make sure that you are taken care of. If in the unlikely event, you have a problem we will resolve it completely at OUR EXPENSE including MACHINE REPLACEMENT for 90 Days IF Required

• Each machine sold in the United States is backed by a Ninety Day Limited Warranty.
  
  
• For Ninety Days as long as you (the original owner) owns the machine, If at any time your machine fails to operate due to manufacturer's defect, it will be repaired, or replaced (Mitchell Enterprises reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the product with a similar but not neccessarily identical product depending on availability) at no additional charge to the customer. Does not cover normal wear or tear or misuse. Does not cover damage due to acts of God, environmental damage, damage from improper use or dropping. Lamps, belts and friction wheels are also covered for the first 90 days

• This warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchase only.

• This warranty is Does NOT cover machines shipped overseas or sold outside the United States.

• Service to this machine by anyone other than Mitchell Enterprises, or their authorized agents will void the warranty for this machine.

• This WARRANTY does not cover damage caused by the following: Neglect, misuse, fire, flood, vandalism, or acts of God.
  

• If you have a problem with your machine, CALL US at 610-687-5884 We will do everthing possible to resolve the problem over the phone. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will ask you to ship the product back to us and issue a return authorization. (Mitchell Enterprises reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the product with a similar but not neccessarily identical product depending on availability)

• We cannot accept shipments without a return authorization, and they will be returned to the sender. Product must be shipped properly in original shipping carton with all accessories intact. To avoid damage, return the product in its original shipping carton. Improper packing will VOID the warranty.
  
  
• When contacting Mitchell Enterprises for any warranty repair or replacement, please provide proof of purchase and the serial number of the machine.
